Since 2009, Nadav’s extensive experience, professionalism and composure have placed him among the top professionals in the field.

Among the projects Nadav is developing are:

• Upgrading and expanding the Ayalon WwTP (81,000 cmd) and the Ashkelon WwTP (40,000 cmd)
• Final planning for the WwTP in Bahia Blanca, Argentina (60,000 cmd)
• Preliminary planning for three WwTPs in The Bahamas as part of the master plan
• Preliminary and Final design of Nablus river WwTP – 60,000 cmd

Since 2002, Hagit’s long-standing service together with the vast experience she has acquired, have established her as a senior, experienced engineer in the firm.

Hagit handles many projects, including:

• The Dead Sea master plan and detailed planning of wet utilities and pumping stations
• The Bahamas – master plan and detailed design
• Ashkelon main pumping station on the shore with a capacity flow of 300 cmh
• The National Roads Company of Israel: Design of drainage systems on interurban roads. Drainage Pumping station at a flow of 5,400 cmh
• Ayalon Road Company – Drainage pumping station of 6,700 cmh
• The Authority for the Development and Settlement of the Bedouin in the Negev – City planning (including detailed design) in Kuseife, Arara and Abu Karinat
• The Caesarea Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild Corporation – Consulting and detailed planning for wastewater treatment in the business and industrial park, residential area, National Park and Old City

Oshrat has served as a project manager at HGM since 2005, with many years of experience, deep engineering knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills and an uncompromising standard of planning.

Amongst other things, she handles the:

• Nir Etzion WwTP(3D planning) with a flow rate of 32,000 cmd per day
• Planning of the South Sharon WwTP (with a flow rate of 63,000 cmd)
• Planning a treatment plant in Karpaz, Cyprus, and other WwTPs including; Baqa al-Gharbiya, Beit She’an, Ashkelon, and Dimona
• Oshrat is engaged in planning sewage pumping stations, such as the Marina pumping station in Herzliya and the Ir Yamim pumping station in Ashkelon, located at the foot of the beach

Since 2008, Hagit has established her credentials as a senior engineer at the firm and has greatly advanced the field of master plan planning, mainly in the areas of hydrology and surface runoff management.

Hagit is at the forefront of many notable projects, including:

• Hydrological Planning for the Eastern Railroad of Israel
• Preparation of a master plan for sewage and hydrology systems in the Sde Dov complex in Tel Aviv, Southern Glilot
• Master plan for hydrology and sewage in Galil Yam, Herzliya – hydrological planning, regulation of streams and living areas
• Preparation of master plan for water and sewage pipes for the IDF in the Negev

Jonathan has worked at HGM since 2011 and has garnered appreciation for his deep understanding of engineering design and uncompromising precision.

Jonathan is involved in many projects, including:

• Ir Hayain, Ashkelon- Water and sewage utilities for a neighborhood of 11,000 housing units
• Stream regulation of Nahal Hamama along a route of about 4 km, and construction of a municipal park (600 dunams)
• G1, G2 Light Rail Transit: Relocation of water, sewage and drainage utilities of about 14 km of an urban route – Tel Aviv Metropolitan
• Ben Shemen neighborhood, Lod: Hydrological consulting and regulation of Gezer and Ayalon rivers (5 km), including regulation of river ponds

Tamir has served as a project manager at HGM since 2020, with great engineering knowledge and experience, excellent problem solving and out of the box thinking, Tamir has led projects from concept to execution and delivery to the client such as:

• Western pumping station of the city of Be’er-Sheva, with a capacity flow of 7,000 cmh
• EcoSport lake park in Ashkelon – Lake of 55,000 sqm, reservoir circulation systems, two stage granular filtering, archimedean screw pumps pumping station, peripheral wet systems
• “Afikey Nahal” lake park in Ofakim  – Lake of 13,000 sqm, reservoir circulation systems, two stage granular filtering, peripheral wet systems
• “Lachish” sewage pumping station in Ashdod, with a capacity flow of 850 cmh
• Team designer of wet systems allocation and building plumbing for the “Green-Line” light rail train in Tel Aviv

Miriam has been working at HGM Engineers since 2019. Due to her excellent management skills and interpersonal abilities, she was appointed to manage complex projects with professionalism and attention to detail, utilizing advanced software.

Among Miriam’s projects:

• Master Drainage Plan for the city of Herzliya
• Detailed design of wet utilities for several transport terminals – “Ayalon Highways”
• Analysis of drainage solutions for flood hotspots in Herzliya
• Accompaniment of development plans with open, urban, and populated textures, including water, sewage, and drainage

Dudi has been working at HGM Engineers since 2020, following his employment at a major water corporation. He brought with him extensive practical knowledge that aligns with planning needs from an execution and maintenance perspective.

Dudi has been a lecturer in the Drainage and Runoff Management course at Ruppin College since 2022. With his proactive approach, Dudi advances the projects under his responsibility with initiative and accountability.
