Prelaminary and Detail design of 9 Km (5.6 miles) of 710 mm forcmain from
the city of Ofakim to Beer Sheva WwTP. Forcemain includes HDD drilling
crossing rivers. Also includes an upper piping (every 3 km) with control
valves for operation porpuses.
